As seen on dragons den (UK) these tyres switch on with a motion sensor and either flash or create a perfect ring of light whilst continually and perpetually creating it's own power. Nice, they also say they will only cost slightly more than normal tyres and they are very durable and outlast any tyre. Lovely.
